Objective: Narrative objectives1 - The purpose of this study is to evaluate an interprofessional education class based on a communication education program connecting healthcare professionals and Deaf people by examining changes in students' readiness for interprofessional learning before and after the class using the Japanese version of the Readiness for Interprofessional Learning Scale. Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - Interprofessional education program on medical communication with Deaf people

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 20 years-old

Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Students participating in the interprofessional education class at Niigata University in 2026 who meet one of the following criteria: 1. Third-year nursing students in the School of Health Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, enrolled in Basic Seminar for Clinical Problem Solving 2. Third-year radiological technology students in the School of Health Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, enrolled in Practical Clinical Imaging 3. Fourth-year medical students in the School of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, enrolled in Interprofessional Collaboration Key exclusion criteria - No individual exclusion criteria will be applied. Valid responses obtained from anonymous questionnaires at each time point will be included in the analysis. Target Size - 266
