Objective:
Narrative objectives1 - Comparison of what kind of support for Community Comprehensive Care was provided to patients and their families by nurses working at home care support clinics after attending the "Education Program for Promoting Community Comprehensive Care Practice" before and after the course.
Basic objectives2 - Efficacy
Intervention:
Interventions/Control_1 - Nurses working at home care support clinics are invited to attend on-demand lectures on the concept and theory of Community Comprehensive Care, and through group discussions (cooperative learning), conduct care assessments related to Community Comprehensive Care for video case studies and implement Community Comprehensive Care for patients at their workplace.

Key inclusion criteria - 1) Work at a home care support clinic that has experience in providing end-of-life care at home and treating patients at home
2) Have been engaged in nursing care for outpatients for at least one year at their current place of employment
3) Possess a nursing license (nurse, assistant nurse, public health nurse, midwife)
4) Understanding Japanese language
5) Can use a personal computer (e-mail, Internet, WORD)
6) Have already obtained a Google account or plan to do that by the time of participation in the educational program
