Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - College students with chronic low back pain lasting three months or longer, or healthy college students Key exclusion criteria - Individuals experiencing severe pain that significantly impairs daily life, individuals with typical physical disabilities such as cerebrovascular disorders or rheumatoid arthritis, individuals with a history of fractures in the lumbar region or lower limbs resulting in joint fixation, and pregnant individuals.
