Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 20 years-old <= Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - 1) Patients who were hospitalized at our institution and underwent lower limb venous ultrasonography ordered by the Department of Rehabilitation between October 1, 2019, and September 30, 2023. 2) Patients who had D-dimer levels measured within one week before or after the lower limb venous ultrasonography. Key exclusion criteria - 1) Patients under 20 years of age 2) Patients who declined, or whose family declined, to participate in the study Target Size - 250
