Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - Brushing teeth with toothpaste for 5 minutes. (Intervention methods described in the prior trial)

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 20 years-old = Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Subject for whom the necessary amount of saliva and bacterial DNA extracted from mouth rinsed water are available for conducting the test. Key exclusion criteria - Subject who, in the opinion of the principal investigator, is not suitable for the study. Target Size - 16
