Objective: Narrative objectives1 - To empirically examine, among community-dwelling adults, whether the impact of differences in feedback content for motor function assessment-specifically, the presence versus absence of clinical implications on acceptance of the evaluation results and on personal relevance (PR) differs by PR level (high vs. low). Basic objectives2 - Efficacy

Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - Presenting the results of a motor function self-assessment with clinical implications regarding future care needs. Interventions/Control_2 - Presenting the results of a motor function self-assessment without clinical implications regarding future care needs.

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 60 years-old <= Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Community-dwelling adults aged 60 years and older who are enrolled in the National Health Insurance or the Latter-Stage Elderly Health Insurance system, and are able to respond to web-based questionnaires using a smartphone or personal computer. Key exclusion criteria - Individuals certified as Care Level 3-5 under Japan's Long-Term Care Insurance (LTCI) system. Target Size - 240
