Objective:
Narrative objectives1 - Explore non-invasive biomarkers that reflect energy balance, energy intake - energy expenditure. Analyze skin gas and urine as non-invasive biological samples.
Basic objectives2 - Efficacy
Intervention:
Interventions/Control_1 - Dietary restrictions and urine collection will be conducted to measure energy expenditure over a 14-day period using the doubly labeled water method. On the 15th day, a metabolic test will be performed, including breath gas analysis, urine analysis, and skin gas analysis.
