Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Those interested were screened for eligibility based on inclusion criteria: 1. Scoring above a certain threshold on the dependent measure 2. Being a staff member at a restaurant or hotel 3. Willingness to participate 4. Having worked at a restaurant or hotel for over a year Key exclusion criteria - Exclusion criteria included: 1. Not meeting the threshold score 2. Participation in other psychological interventions 3. Receiving clinical or non-clinical interventions in the past year 4. Being subject to corporal punishment or having a letter of inquiry at work Target Size - 122
