Narrative objectives1 - The study investigated the impact of acceptance and commitment therapy on work resilience among restaurant and hotel workers in tourism zones in Nigeria.

1. Scoring above a certain threshold on the dependent measure
2. Being a staff member at a restaurant or hotel
3. Willingness to participate
4. Having worked at a restaurant or hotel for over a year
Key exclusion criteria - Exclusion criteria included:
1. Not meeting the threshold score
2. Participation in other psychological interventions
3. Receiving clinical or non-clinical interventions in the past year
4. Being subject to corporal punishment or having a letter of inquiry at work
