Objective: Narrative objectives1 - To quantitatively assess walking, sedentary, and standing time in daily life among individuals with deaf-blindness using an activity monitor, and to describe their physical activity patterns. Basic objectives2 - Others

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old = Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - 1. Individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of obtaining informed consent. 2. Individuals who are able to communicate either independently or with the assistance of a supporter. 3. Individuals who are able to provide written informed consent for participation in this study, either independently or through a supporter. Key exclusion criteria - 1. Individuals who are currently hospitalized or admitted to medical or welfare facilities. 2. Individuals with evident cognitive impairment. Target Size - 90
