Objective: Narrative objectives1 - To assess the nutritional status of university students who are in the adolescent group, To evaluate the impact of Dietary Counselling on the Dietary habits of these students. To evaluate the impact of Dietary Counselling and iron-folic acid supplements on the hemoglobin levels of these students. Basic objectives2 - Others

Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - One group of fifty participants was given iron-folic acid supplements, while another group of fifty participants was given Dietary Counselling

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old

Gender - Female Key inclusion criteria - aged between 18 and 25 years hemoglobin levels less than 12 g/dL to give informed consent Key exclusion criteria - Those who were already taking iron and vitamin supplements that may affect hemoglobin levels and those with chronic health conditions such as childrenney problems, heart problems, and blood problems were excluded. Also excluded were those with severe anemia requiring urgent clinical care. Pregnant and lactating women were also excluded because they are expected to have physiological factors affecting iron levels Target Size - 100
