Narrative objectives1 - The purpose of this study is to clarify the measurement errors and MDC of the MoCA and MMSE in subacute stroke patients stratified by severity.

Key inclusion criteria - Individuals who can remain seated for at least 15 minutes
Ages 18 to 90
Individuals diagnosed with a stroke by a physician based on CT or MRI results
Key exclusion criteria - Individuals diagnosed with dementia
Individuals diagnosed with apraxia
Individuals diagnosed with severe aphasia
Individuals diagnosed with severe hemispatial neglect
