Narrative objectives1 - The purpose of this study is to perform omics analyses, including mRNA and protein analyses, using samples collected without additional invasive procedures from patients with retinal diseases requiring treatment with intravitreal injection (e.g., age-related macular degeneration, diabetic macular edema, retinal vein occlusion, and neovascular glaucoma), in order to contribute to the development of future therapeutic and preventive strategies.
