Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - Carry out the procedures in a single time. 1.Answer the Questionnaire Psi-Q: the Plymouth Sensory Imagery Questionnaire that is a psychological scale it consist of 35 Question.

STEP1: Pay attention to their own somatic sense it causes while imaging a thing anxious or a negative event.

STEP2: Give a Label to the somatic sense using technique of psychotherapy Focusing.

STEP3: Feeling the somatic sense and the label at the same time.

Report the change that happened at the second and the third step. Interventions/Control_2 - Carry out the procedure in a single time.

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old = Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - healthy adult Key exclusion criteria - The person whom even following any one fits.

*with a history of epileptic stroke *with sensory disturbance such as visual impairment, hearing loss, taste disorder, sense of smell disorders. *severely mental disorder that treatment needs *during menstruation Target Size - 30
