Key inclusion criteria - 1. Patients who have given their informed consent to participate in this study.
2. Patients aged 18 and over who visited the Department of Gastroenterology at Fujita Health University Hospital.
3. Healthy individuals aged 18 or older who are faculty, staff, or students at Fujita Health University
Key exclusion criteria - 1. Individuals will be excluded if they have taken antibiotics within one week of sample collection or during the study period
(supplements are not specifically excluded).
