Narrative objectives1 - Research focusing on the perceptions and practices of pediatric nurse specialists affiliated with home nursing stations is considered extremely limited. Therefore, this study aims to clarify how these pediatric nurse specialists perceive and implement collaboration and coordination with relevant agencies in the fields of healthcare, education, and welfare.

Key inclusion criteria - Individuals holding a pediatric nursing specialist qualification
Affiliated with a home nursing station
Nine individuals who meet the above conditions and can be searched using the Japan Nursing Association's "Registered Nurse Search by Field and Prefecture"
Key exclusion criteria - Individuals from whom consent to participate in the study cannot be obtained
Individuals judged to have difficulty participating in the interview due to their physical or mental condition
