Objective: Narrative objectives1 - To quantify the preferences of patients with IgA nephropathy and physicians involved in IgA nephropathy care in Japan for multiple treatment attributes and to determine the relative importance of these attributes. Basic objectives2 - Others

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old

Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Patients 1. Diagnosis of IgAN confirmed by renal biopsy. 2. An eGFR of >=20 mL/min/1.73 m2 at the most recent renal function assessment. 3. Under medical care or follow-up at the time of the survey and considered eligible for participation by the treating physician. 4. Able to complete the survey independently.   Physicians 1. Board-certified nephrologists. 2. Experience providing pharmacological treatment to patients with IgAN within the past 12 months. 3. Agreement to participate in the survey. Key exclusion criteria - Patients 1.Patients with secondary IgA nephropathy (IgAN). 2.Patients who are currently receiving dialysis therapy. 3.Patients with a history of kidney transplantation.

Physicians 1.No specific exclusion criteria. Target Size - 400
