Narrative objectives1 - The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of PFA for AF on RV PA coupling, as assessed by the echocardiographic ratio of TAPSE to PASP, between baseline and 3 months follow-up.

Key inclusion criteria - We analyzed consecutive patients with AF who were referred to the Toyama Prefectural Central Hospital in Japan between April 2025 and September 2025 and underwent catheter ablation using PFA systems.
Key exclusion criteria - Patients with mild tricuspid regurgitation(TR) in whom a clear TR Doppler envelope could not be obtained were excluded. Patients lacking either inspiratory/expiratory phases of inferior vena cava diameters were also excluded.
