Narrative objectives1 - The aim of this study is to identify prognostic factors affecting long-term outcomes in patients with heart failure by utilizing multidimensional clinical data, including pharmacotherapy, echocardiographic findings, nutritional status, frailty, and underlying cardiac diseases, in order to achieve more accurate prediction of prognosis and risk stratification.
