Eligibility: Age-lower limit - Not applicable Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Patients with brain injury (including stroke, traumatic brain injury, and medullary infarction) who were admitted to a convalescent rehabilitation ward and received transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS) as part of routine clinical practice. Cases with available retrospective clinical documentation were included. Key exclusion criteria - None specifically defined due to the retrospective observational design. Target Size - 3
