Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - 1.Age: 18 or elder, and less than 40 years 2.Males and females 3.Individuals who have received adequate explanation regarding the trial, can comprehend its contents, and can produce free consent in written form Key exclusion criteria - 1.Have taste disorder 2.Have oral mucosal disease 3.Currently undergoing pharmacological treatment for chronic disease (except for on-demand medicine such as instillation or cold remedy) 4.Have a history of, or currently have serious disease 5.Currently pregnant or breastfeeding 6.Allergic to drug used in the study 7.Deemed unsuitable for this study by the principal investigator Target Size - 10
