Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - Beet juice containing 400mg of nitrates Interventions/Control_2 - Vegetable juice free of nitrates

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old = Gender - Male Key inclusion criteria - (1) Individuals who exercise regularly (2) Former soccer players (3) Excluding goalkeepers (4) Individuals who have fully understood the purpose and content of this test and provided written consent Key exclusion criteria - (1) Smokers (2) Individuals taking regular medication (3) Individuals with a history of orthopedic injury within the past 6 months (4) Individuals currently consuming beet juice or nitrite-containing supplements (5) Individuals who consumed alcohol, caffeine, or nicotine within at least 6 hours prior to the experiment start time (6) Individuals who used oral disinfectants or mouthwash within 24 hours prior to the experiment (7) Individuals who consumed high-nitrate foods (e.g., spinach, lettuce) within 2 days prior to the experiment, on the test day, or during the washout period Target Size - 21
