Objective: Narrative objectives1 - The purpose of this study is to clarify the current state of case work in public assistance services and to gain foundational insights for developing effective strategies to improve the quality of these services. Basic objectives2 - Others

Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - We will randomly select welfare offices in each prefecture using a stratified sampling method and conduct a questionnaire survey of the public assistance officers assigned to each office, requesting their responses. We plan to survey approximately 500 offices.
