Gender - Male and Female
Key inclusion criteria - Participate in at least one official event this year.
Both male and female.
Have at least one quota place in the Olympic Games.
Have a medal in the World Championships.
No lower limb injury in the past three to six months.
Key exclusion criteria - Dissatisfaction with continuing activity and cooperation in the research.
Failure to regularly participate in training sessions and having at least two consecutive absences.
Occurrence of any injury or increased pain in the implementation of training programs.
Having a training program that is consistent with the protocol in the research.
