Objective: Narrative objectives1 - The investigate the effects of combining Graston technique and postural control exercises on pain, disability, proprioception and cervical rang of motion in women with chronic non-specific neck pain Basic objectives2 - Efficacy

Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - Participants in this group did not receive any intervention and served as the control group Interventions/Control_2 - participant received postural control exercises based on McKenzie and Kendall protocol for 8 weeks, 3 sessions per week, each session lasting 35 minutes.

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 20 years-old = Gender - Female Key inclusion criteria - Age between 20-40 years Female participants Current neck pain lasting at 3 months chronic non-specific neck pain diagnosed by specialist physician pain intensity between 3-8 the Visual Analog Scale(VAS) Neck Disability Index(NDI)score<10 at the time of screening Key exclusion criteria - specific cervical spin disorders such as disc herniation or spinal canal stenosis History of whiplash or head/neck trauma recurrent migraine, fibromyalgia, shoulder disorders, inflammatory rheumatic diseasses, tumor or osteoporosis psychiatric disorders previous shoulder or cervical surgery pregnancy regular neck/shoulder exercise within the past 3 months missing more than 2 intervention sessoins Target Size - 36
