Key inclusion criteria - Older adults aged 65 or over who are able to communicate.
Key exclusion criteria - Those who receive nail therapy or hand care regularly (at least once a week). Those with medical conditions such as injuries to their fingers. Those with severe visual impairments that make it difficult for them to perform nail therapy or hand care. Those who did not give consent to participate in the study. Those who have difficulty understanding the contents of the questionnaire. Those who are reluctant to undergo nail therapy or hand care.
