Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - A single 60-minute yoga therapy session (10 minutes breathing, 40 minutes yoga postures, 10 minutes meditation/relaxation) with handpan music

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 20 years-old <= Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - 1. Healthcare workers (physicians, nurses, and other medical staff) working at Komagino Hospital 2. Age 20 years or older at the time of study participation 3. Individuals who have provided written informed consent to participate in this study Key exclusion criteria - 1. Pregnant or breastfeeding women 2. Individuals with severe physical or mental illnesses that make yoga therapy implementation difficult 3. Others judged inappropriate by the principal investigator Target Size - 20
