Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 15 years-old

Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - A member of the badminton club at a high school in Saitama Prefecture Key exclusion criteria - Those who cannot provide consent to participate in this study Individuals with less than one year of badminton experience Those who are already absent from club activities for any reason Those who have undergone orthopedic surgery on the limbs or trunk Those who have not obtained consent to participate in this study Individuals with less than one year of badminton experience Individuals who have already suspended club activities for any reason Target Size - 32
