Objective: Narrative objectives1 - To investigate the effects of low-intensity aerobic exercise, primarily consisting of campus walking along safe walking routes, on headache symptoms. Basic objectives2 - Safety,Efficacy

Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - Participants performed campus walking consisting of six laps per session (approximately 400 m per lap) three times per week.

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 18 years-old

Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - 1. Aged 18 years or older and younger than 30 years 2. Experiencing 4 to 14 headache episodes per month 3. Having at least 2 headache-free days (interictal period) per month 4. Having experienced recurrent headaches for at least 1 year Key exclusion criteria - 1. Having exercise restrictions imposed by a physician 2. Experiencing headaches on 15 or more days per month 3. Using analgesics or anti-inflammatory medications (including over-the-counter medications) on 15 or more days per month 4. Having a history of headaches for less than 1 year 5. Currently participating in another clinical trial Target Size - 5
