Objective: Narrative objectives1 - To clarify the effects of nail care, a cosmetic practice of trimming nails, on the psychological aspects of people staying in nursing homes, such as self-esteem and depression. Basic objectives2 - Efficacy

Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - The intervention group will receive nail care.

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 65 years-old = Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Those diagnosed with dementia, those residing in nursing homes, and those who do not regularly care for their nails other than clipping them at least once a week. Key exclusion criteria - Those who are resistant to nail care. Those who have difficulty understanding and completing the questionnaire. Target Size - 15
