Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - Use of the workplace exercise room for 10 minutes per session, at least three times a week, consisting of leg extensions, shoulder presses, and bar hangs.

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 22 years-old = Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - 1)Healthy adults 2)Employees of the participating company who wished to join the health promotion program.
