Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - Six months of walking and strength training, 5,000 steps and climbing 10 steps of stairs per day.

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 40 years-old

Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - Healthy people whose jobs involve desk work and who don't get enough exercise Key exclusion criteria - People with bone and joint diseases or heart conditions that limit their exercise. Target Size - 60
