Interventions/Control_1 - Six months of walking and strength training, 5,000 steps and climbing 10 steps of stairs per day.

Key inclusion criteria - Healthy people whose jobs involve desk work and who don't get enough exercise
Key exclusion criteria - People with bone and joint diseases or heart conditions that limit their exercise.
