Objective: Narrative objectives1 - The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of spin in randomized controlled trial (RCT) abstracts on the perception of intervention effectiveness among occupational therapists in Japan. Basic objectives2 - Others

Intervention: Interventions/Control_1 - "With spin" group

Participants in the "With spin" group will read abstracts of RCTs that include spin. This study will use abstracts of RCTs used in previous study that evaluated the effect of spin presence. These abstracts will be translated into Japanese and provided to participants. Interventions/Control_2 - "Without spin" group

The "Without spin" group will read the same RCT abstracts as the "With spin" group. However, the abstracts used will be modified versions that remove the presence of spin and correctly interpret the results. These modified abstracts will be those used in previous study. The abstracts provided will also be translated into Japanese, just as they are for the "With spin" group.

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - Not applicable Age-upper limit - Not applicable Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - 1) Occupational therapists working in clinical settings. 2) Individuals who can provide consent via electronic informed consent. Key exclusion criteria - 1) Occupational therapists whose primary workplace is an educational or research institution. Target Size - 100
