Objective: Narrative objectives1 - The purpose of this study is to assess the musculoskeletal health of residents and identify longitudinal changes since the first Obuse Study. By analyzing these shifts over several years, we aim to characterize individuals predisposed to requiring long-term care. These findings will serve as a foundation for implementing effective preventive measures against disability and the need for long-term care within the community. Basic objectives2 - Others

Eligibility: Age-lower limit - 50 years-old = Gender - Male and Female Key inclusion criteria - General residents of Obuse Town aged 50-89 Participants in the first phase of the Obuse Study General residents aged 50-89 who did not participate in the first phase of the Obuse Study Key exclusion criteria - Cases where conducting the survey is difficult, such as severe dementia or difficulty standing and walking. Others whom the principal investigator deems unsuitable as subjects. Target Size - 560
