Stage: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical injection piping capable of suppressing the thermal decomposition of an injected metal compound and the reduction of metal ions when injecting a chemical to the system piping of a plant to prevent passage resistance due to the excess deposition of metal from increasing and a passage from being blocked, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A chemical injection piping 100 connected to the system pipe 1 of a plant includes: a body part 3 constituting the main body of the piping; a first coating 4 provided in a part or all of the inner surface of the body part 3; and a second coating 5 provided on the first coating 4. The first coating 4 is formed of a material having a thermal conductivity smaller than that of the body part 3; and the second coating 5 is formed of a material having an electrical resistivity larger than that of the body part 3. A method for manufacturing the chemical injection piping comprises the steps of: forming the first coating 4 with the material having a thermal conductivity smaller than that of the body part 3 in a part or all of the inner surface of the body part 3; and forming the second coating 5 with the material having an electrical resistivity larger than body part 3 on the first coating 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1B (Grant)
