DRAFT REVISIONS TO THE CORPORATE GOVERNANCE CODE FOR PUBLIC CONSULTATION

TOKYO, April 10 -- Financial Services Agency issued the following press release:

The Financial Services Agency of Japan and Tokyo Stock Exchange have now launched a public consultation on proposed draft revisions to the Corporate Governance Code.Please refer to Material 1, 2 for specific details.

１．Draft revisions to theCorporate Governance CodeThe proposed draft is the revised version of the Corporate Governance Code (applicable from1June, 2015, revised on 1June, 2018 and 11June, 2021).

2． How to submitcommentsResponses should be sent by Friday, 15 May 2026 (JST). Please refer to the Tokyo Stock Exchange website for further details on the submission.
