TRENDS IN HIGH-SPEED TRADING

TOKYO, Sept. 30 -- Financial Services Agency issued the following press release:

The Financial Instruments and Exchange Act was amended in May 2017 (enforced April 2018) to require financial instruments business operators who engage in high-speed trading to register.

The FSA updated the English version of "Trends in High-Speed Trading", as of the end ofJune 2026.
