② have obtained the single qualification for every ministry and agency in the category of "Manufacturing of Products" for fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 (the grade and area do not matter).
③ not have been suspended from participation in tenders by JRTT or the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
④ not be a business operator whose management is substantially controlled by an organized crime group, nor a person for whom a request for exclusion by JRTT remains in effect.
⑤ A supplier who satisfies either one of the following requirements :
⒜ A supplier who has proven experience in delivering a construction vehicle (a Cement Asphalt Mortar (hereinafter referred to as "CA mortar") plant car) that satisfies all of the following conditions :
・The vehicle has been used for CA mortar injection work for the Shinkansen slab track system ;
・The vehicle is capable of operating on temporary construction tracks ;
・The vehicle is capable of manufacturing CA mortar at the Shinkansen slab track work site ;
⒝ A supplier who has proven experience in carrying out CA mortar injection work for the Shinkansen slab track system.
⑥ have directly downloaded the specifications and other relevant documents from the JRTT website.
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification at 4 : 00 p.m. 15th June 2026
⑻ Time-limit for tender : at 4 : 00 p.m. 21st July 2026
