⑥ That the Privacy Mark certification has been obtained.
⑦ The organization must have obtained an Information Security Management System (ISMS) certified by the Japan Economic and Social Advancement Association or an accredited overseas certification body. However, this does not apply if the organization has established and is operating an equivalent information security management system internally. In such cases, documents that clearly demonstrate that the system is equivalent to ISMS must be attached at the time of bidding.
⑧ Having a system in place that can comprehensively handle everything from delivery to maintenance and operation.
⑨ Able to collaborate with other operators and carry out fault isolation when a malfunction occurs.
