⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :

Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.

④ Being a person who has been registered as a retail electric utility based on the provisions of Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act
⑤ Satisfy the tender compatibility condition indicated in attachment "competition participation qualification confirmation document" about utilization of the carbon dioxide source of discharge unit and unutilized energy, introduction of renewable energy, a transfer on a green electric power bond, a match of dissemination of information about energy saving to a consumer and brownout and elucidation of information the power supply composition and the carbon dioxide discharge coefficient.
