③ have the Grade "A", "B", "C" or "D" in terms of qualification "Sale of product" at Hokkaido area for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the Fiscal Year 2025, 2026 and 2027.
④ prove to have the ability to delivery appointed the time and the place specified by the Obligating Officer for the procured products.
⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
