⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order
⑦ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO
⑧ Do not be a period receiving a nomination stop from Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
⑺ Submit a document describing the electricity-provision system to prove their ability to supply the system concerned and meet our requirement in order to be judged acceptable by the contracting entity ; and explain the contents of the document upon request.
