④ prove to have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Oil Industry Law, to initiate business of selling petroleum products ;
⑤ Are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract ;
⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
