④ Prove to have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, to initiate business of selling medical appliances ;
⑤ Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
