⑥ The applicant must have personnel, etc., who are deemed to be able to reliably perform the work in question
⑦ ISO 9001 or JISQ 9001 and ISO 14001 or JISQ 14001 certification. The scope of registered services shall be building maintenance services (facilities).
⑧ The applicant must have at least one contract for the maintenance, operat-ion, and management of electrical, air-conditioning, and sanitary equipment for a facility of the same size or larger (total building area : 30,257.32㎡) as the National Institute of Health Sciences during the past five years (from the fiscal year of 2021 to 2025). In addition, the National Institute of Health Sciences has facilities where research and laboratory animals are kept and clean room facilities.
⑨ The person must be equipped to handle the hospital's central monitoring and control system.
