④ prove to have no false statement in tendering documents
⑤ meet the qualification requirement which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order
⑥ have permission to be general gas utility enterprise in accordance with Article 3 of the Gas Utility Industry Law, or have registered as a gas utility enterprise in accordance with Article 37-7-2 or Article 37-9, of the same law
⑦ Are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract
