3)not be under suspension of nomination by Director General of Chubu Regional Development Bureau from Timelimit for submission of certificate to Bid Opening.
4)not be the stated person under the commencement of reorganization proceedings or under the beginning of rehabilitation proceedings (except for the person who has the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification).
5)not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.
6)The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly.
7)To submit reference quotation specified in the tender documentation.
