⑤ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.

⑦ have proven to have actually fulfilled the service concerned or the service with performance similar to that of the service concerned
⑧ be possible to assign management engineer who can handle this procurement
⑨ have submitted the reference Estimate specified in the tender documentation.
