③ Not be suspended from transaction by Ministry of the Environment, Government of Japan.
④ Have Grade A, B, C or D "Survey and Research" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of the Environment (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025, 2026 and 2027.
⑤ Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
