② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ;
③ have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetsu Reg-
ion ;
④ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in acco-rdance with Article 4 of the Regulation ;
⑤ have permission to be a general electric enterprise in accordance with article 2, section 2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law ;
⑥ prove that they can deliver the electricity, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer ;
