Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.

in terms of the qualifications for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027.
④ Are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑤ Fulfill the requirements mentioned in the tender documentation that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑥ Are not being requested, by the Police authorities, to cease activities such as receiving an order from the nation, for being an entrepreneur actually controlled by a crime syndicate or a member of a crime syndicate, or a person of that ilk.
